Extremely short cycle times No blade change necessary Strips very short cables Simple machine operation Robust & reliable   The UniStrip 2100 is an electric wire and cable stripping machine for a wide range of single conductor wires / discrete wires, either stranded or solid up to 4.7 mm (0.18'') O.D. for partial strips, respectively 3.2 mm (0.12'') O.D. for full strips. It strips lengths up to 25 mm (1") and handles wires from 0.03 to 5.26 mm2 (10 - 32 AWG). The UniStrip 2100 is highly portable, compact and as fast and powerful as Schleuniger's pneumatic UniStrip models. Stripping of most insulation types with one set of blades (no blade changes required for different wire sizes) is no problem with this robust machine. The stripping length and stripping diameter are easily adjustable, thus boosting productivity when quick changeover of wires is required. In addition, the UniStrip 2100 is also capable of partial and full insulation strips. Operating the UniStrip 2100 is extremely simple. After insertion, the cable makes contact with the sensor, which then activates the visual controllable stripping process. Alternatively a foot pedal is available as an option. Due to the minimal distance between the acryl safety cover and the stripping blades, the UniStrip 2100 can perform stripping on extremely short wires and cables.
