No blade changes required High flexibility LCD display for machine diagnostics   The JacketStrip 8400 automatically strips jackets or insulation from thin round cables to difficult to hard-to-process power cables with an outer diameter (O.D.) up to 25 mm (1''). This versatile machine performs full strips, partial strips and window strips up to 200 mm (7.87'') stripping length. Rotary 4-Blade System The rotating 4-blade system provides for cable centering and precise cutting of the cable insulation while permitting rapid changeover without any blade changes. After the cable jacket has been cut, the piece of insulation is removed using a strong electric motor (full, partial or window strip can be selected). Pneumatically operated clamping jaws guarantee optimal cable retention during the stripping process. Waste insulation material is automatically ejected. High Efficiency The solid, powerful JacketStrip 8400 even processes thick cables and tough insulation materials. Simple operation, short cycle times and a universal blade design guarantee high economic efficiency. Simple Operation The machine's user-friendly mechanical design enables easy adjustment of the cable diameter and stripping length. Incision time and stripping rate are adjustable. All functions of the machine are electronically monitored and diagnosed by means of a LCD display.
