Extremely short cycle times Wide processing range with special blades No blade change necessary for standard applications Simple machine operation Robust & reliable   The UniStrip 2500 is a pneumatic wire and cable stripping machine and the perfect solution for stripping discrete wires and small multi-conductor cables up to 6 mm (0.24") O.D.. The compact machine strips lengths up to 30 mm (1.18") and comes standard with V-blades, the optimum solution for any ordinary stripping of stranded wire with no blade changeover necessary.   Through the use of special blades, the range of applications can be expanded to include flat ribbon cable, double-stranded wire, thin multi-stranded wire or demanding (tough, delicate, thin) isolations. The adjustable wayback prevents the conductor from being damaged during the stripping process. UniStrip 2500 machines prove themselves each day in countless industrial plants around the world. Extremely short cycle times and infinite settings for conductor diameters, stripping and pull-off lengths boost productivity immensely when building harnesses or other quick-change wire stripping applications. Operating the US 2500 is extremely simple. After insertion, the cable makes contact with the sensor, which then actuates the visually controllable stripping process. Alternatively a foot pedal is available as an option.
