SCHLEUNIGER ES9320

Product Description:

EcoStrip 9320
Product Features
  • Excellent price to performance ratio
  • Powerful cutting & transport drives for higher production rates
  • Automatic wire O.D. detection and belt adjustment
  • Quick change guide tubes (no tools required)
  • Program memory capacity of up to 250 wires with all processing parameters

The powerful EcoStrip 9320 processes round cables up to 9 mm (0.35") O.D. and flat ribbon cables up to 13 mm (0.51") width with pull-off lengths up to 100 mm (3.94") on the right end (leading end) and 45 mm (1.77'') on the left end (trailing end).

Business Class at Economy Rate

At the push of a button, the cable is automatically loaded and its diameter determined. Based on this value, the transport belts then automatically adjust which avoids overstressing the transport units. Another very useful feature is the universal wire guide block which integrates all possible standard wire guides in just one tool.

According to your production needs, a choice of stripping blades for various types of cables and flat ribbon cables are available allowing multiple processing for a higher production output.

Automatic Inline Cable Processing

By combining an EcoStrip 9320 (3) with a Schleuniger prefeeding machine (1) and a hotstamp or inkjet marking machine (2), a complete production line can be established. Various models are available for feeding, marking, stacking and coiling of wire and cable.

Production Line

Prefeeding (1)

  • puller-driven dereeling
  • active dereeling (reel driven)

Marking (2)

  • inket marking
  • hot stamp marking
Processing (3)
  • cutting
  • stripping
Post-Processing (4)
  • coiling
  • stacking
