SCHLEUNIGER CC1000

Product Description:

CableCoiler 1000
Product Features
  • Economical
  • Synchronized coiling
  • Very suitable for GOF cables
  • Processes a wide range of cable types

The Schleuniger CableCoiler 1000 is a dual-pan coiling machine for use with all standard cable products ranging from simple flexible cables (2 mm / 0.078" O.D.) to heavy, stiff control cables (12 mm / 0.47" O.D.). Bi-directional processing for cables with long-stripped ends.

The CAN interface to the upstream cut or cut & strip machine ensures both machines are completely synchronized, thus reducing the risk of damage to even the most delicate material, e.g. fiber optic cables.

After only a few quick programming steps, the cable is fed by the upstream cut or cut & strip machine through a guide tube into one of the coiling pans. Each coiling pan has a skid-resistant coating on the inner surface to assist the coiling process. When the end of the cable is detected, a mechanical switch redirects the next cable into the alternate guide tube that leads to the second coiling pan. The previously coiled cable can now be removed from the first pan. This process repeats throughout the entire production cycle.
