High quality marking process Simultaneous marking of both wire ends (double wire end marking) Suited for a wide range of applications Simple integration into a production line   The HotStamp 4500 marks wires and cables up to 15 mm (0.59") outer diameter. Designed for inline-processing, the compact machine can handle a wide range of insulation types including PVC, Teflon®, Tefzel®, Cross-linked, SXL and GXL. Excellent Marking Results During the process, the preheated stamping wheels with precision-lasered characters press a pigmented marking foil into the wire or cable insulation. The concave form of the characters ideally matches the diameter of the material to be processed. Precise adjustment of stamping pressure, stamping time and temperature provide for highly accurate and repeatable results. Parallel Wire End Marking at High Speed Its wide carriage enables the compact HotStamp 4500 to mark each wire end with a different alphanumeric string (up to 16 characters long). Since both, leading and trailing end marks are applied at the same time, it can also perform double continuous marking at set intervals for greater production rates. The HotStamp 4500 easily interfaces with any Schleuniger cut & strip machine or cutting machine. An optional foot pedal is also available for stand-alone operations.
