The Uni-A is a new generation crimp applicator for use in both automatic or semi-automatic benchtop crimping machines. With its innovative uni-body design, the Uni-A universal or mini-style applicator guarantees highest precision. Banded terminals with open or closed barrel construction can easily be processed.

Uni-A applicators are available for side feed and rear feed type terminals - in either mechanical or pneumatic versions.

The body and base are one piece machined from a single block of alloy. This unique uni-body design assures highest precision in the alignment of dies and anvils, allows simpler adjustments, increases overall durability, and guarantees a long product life time.

The lightweight construction makes overall handling very easy.The backstroke adjustment is eliminated by use of a special feed cam designed specifically for the terminal. The forward-stroke and bellmouth adjustments can easily be made while the applicator remains mounted in the press.

A mechanical terminal ejector guarantees terminals will be cleared from the tooling after the crimp and gives the applicator a higher degree of process reliability compared to other applicators. A mechanical stop prevents potential tooling crashes due to incorrect handling.
