Cutting Machine SMT K with Camera Measuring System

Fast electro-pneumatic cutting machine controlled by a microprocessor for precise cutting of materials which can't be worked on traditional cutting machines.

Examples of application : The machine is designed for cutting metal or synthetic materials with a optically clear-cut surface such as corrugated tube the camera can discern.

Depending on the material guide tube the processing diameter is between 5mm and 35mm.

Belt Feed:

▪          Solid parallel driven belt feed supported by three rollers

▪          High cutting precision by DC servo drive with freely programmable speed, acceleration and brake ramps

▪          The lengths are measured by drive measuring, the positions are corrected by the installed camera system

▪          Pneumatic opening and closing of the belt feed with adjustable clamping force

Cutting Unit

▪          Guillotine or rotary cutting unit ( depending on the material and the customer's requirements) with tempered blade guides and pneumatic cylinder

▪          Cutting capacity up to 5.000 cutting cycles per hour

Elektronics

▪          Modern micro-processor control with electrical connections for VGA-Monitor, mobile arm, de-reeler, coiler, stacker, etc.

▪          Production programmes with individually programmable production parameters such as speed, length correction, cutting time, etc.

▪          10 sequences can be done per each production programme.

▪          Choice of language: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish
