The cutting machines of the series SMH cut materials with a width of 40mm max. and a height of 30mm max..

Examples of application :     Flat materials, copper cords of up to 150mm² or 250mm² (depending on the cable), steel cables of up to Ø 12mm

The series divide two type of machines according to their cutting unit :

1.    SMH :          with V-cutting blades easy to change and made of HSS-steel of                                   

2.    SMT H :      with a guillotine easy to change and made of HSS-steel

Both models are equipped with a microprocessor unit as standard:    

▪          100 programs with individually programmable production parameters such as speed, acceleration and brake ramps, length correction, cutting time .

The following features are common to both of the machines:

Belt Feed

·         Solid parallel driven belt feed supported by six rollers with a tractive power of more than 1000 N, which allows the machine to pull the material directly from heavy drums.

·         High cutting precision by DC-servo drive with freely programmable speed profiles, acceleration and brake ramps

·         For the length measuring, there's the choice between wheel measuring or drive measuring

·         Pneumatic opening and closing of the belt feed  

Cutting Unit

·         Hydro-pneumatic cutting cylinder having a double effect and with an adjustable cutting force 0 – 15000 N or 0 – 30000 N
